Who We Are:

www.workplaceaccidentcompensationclaim.co.uk is one of a group of sites set up by Pat Fryer and David Barnard, who are both personal injury accident investigators. In the course of our work, we came across many accident victims who we felt were getting a raw deal.

So we set up these websites to ensure that anyone who has been involved in an accident, can get the best possible assistance and representation.

Due to the nature of our business we are in contact with many accident investigators, and solicitors, spread right across the UK.

We work on all types of accidents, and because of our experience, we offer advise and assistance to help you, make the right decisions.

All of our Consultants are professionally trained and qualified, and... really Nice people.

The amount of work required, depends entirely on each claim. Some claims are very easy and straight forward. While others will be much more complex, and therefore require more time and effort. No matter how easy or how complex, your claim may be, you will NOT be charged a single penny for our work.

We explain in detail how the claim process works (We do NOT use Lawyer Language - we keep everything in nice, easy to understand terms).

We explain in detail the various documents and papers that will be required. We explain in detail how the solicitor works and what they will do for you, and what they will not do for you.

Where it is required, we will ask to see your household insurance policy and motor insurance policy to check if you have Legal Expense Insurance that would cover your claim. And if you do NOT have legal expense insurance we will explain in detail how After the Event insurance works (This will cover your legal costs). This After the Event Insurance policy will usually be paid for by your solicitor on your behalf.

We then take a statement from you about the accident. We will visit any independent witnesses and take their statements. We will visit the scene of the accident (if necessary) and take any photographs and measurements that are needed. We gather all the evidence together and make out a report for the solicitor, which outlines all the facts, that will prove your claim.

As you can see, this is quite a few hours work, so you should be thinking, How come all of this is free?

Normally, we would work directly for the solicitor.
And of course, then get paid by the solicitor. However, in this case we are doing the same work we would normally do, but we are doing it for you and not for the solicitor. So, why don't you have to pay us?

Easy - because the solicitor will pay us for the work we have already done, in making out the report and proving the claim for them. We are saving the solicitor the time they would have to take to investigate the claim. The solicitor can now use that (saved) time by accepting another claim. Therefore we are saving the solicitor time and helping them make money. Very few solicitors will refuse a claim when 95% of the work is already done.

So this now becomes a WIN - WIN - WIN situation.
# You WIN - because your claim is handled for FREE.
# We WIN - because we get paid by the solicitor.
# The solicitors WIN - because they save time and money.

When the solicitor accepts your claim, they will usually take out an After the Event insurance policy on your behalf. They will pay the fee. This insurance policy will pay your solicitors fee's and your opponents solicitors fee's should you lose the claim. If you win the claim then your solicitors fee's are paid by your opponents insurance. Please note that most solicitors will not accept a claim unless they have at least a 50% chance of winning.

We try very hard to only use solicitors who do NOT take any part of their clients compensation award when they win. Therefore, you will receive 100% of the compensation awarded. Please note that sometimes, it may be in your best interest to work with a solicitor who does charge success fees. We only use solicitors who are members of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel, as this tells us that they have the qualifications and experience to handle your claim.
